La Mente de Cristo 4b

La primera cosa que la Escritura nos dice sobre el poder del Espíritu y de la mente es que la mente carnal no concuerda con el Espíritu. La segunda es que la mente espiritual es la mente natural del hombre renovado por el Espíritu de Dios. Esto nos lleva a la tercera:



3. El destino de ambos lo carnal y la mente espiritual.
a. Para la mente carnal el destino es la muerte. Por ello se entiende la muerte espiritual - la separación de Dios - para siempre. Mientras que el hombre carnal vive en esta tierra su alma está muerta, está en un estado de separación de Dios. Si el hombre enfoca sólo en las cosas de la carne, en este mundo, después de la muerte física no será capaz de enfocarse en Dios. Uno no puede elegir lo carnal hoy y esperar que se encuentre salvación después de su tiempo en esta tierra. Sea lo que sea, lo que la mente elige, eso seguirá adelante, y adelante, y adelante, para siempre, sin fin. Dios no violará la mente del hombre ni forzará que alguien lo elija. La elección es del hombre; él / ella puede elegir la carne y la muerte o elegir Él y tener vida eterna. Vivir hoy y para siempre.


"El hombre que se aparta de la forma de entender permanecerá en la congregación de los muertos" -Proverbios 21:16 -.
"Porque la paga del pecado es muerte, mas la dádiva de Dios es vida eterna en Cristo Jesús nuestro Señor " - Romanos 6:23
"Y cuando estabais muertos en vuestros delitos y pecados" - Efesios 2:1


b. El destino de la mente espiritual, en cambio, es la vida y la paz. Esto es todo lo contrario de la muerte. La mente espiritual está llena de significado y propósito; de fiabilidad; de alegría y regocijo; de conocer y comprender a Dios. La mente espiritual está en paz con Dios porque sabe que sus pecados son perdonados y aceptados por Dios. La persona con una mente espiritual habita en la paz de Dios y tiene la paz de Dios y experimentan día a día la guía de Dios en sus vidas. La persona con la mente espiritual conoce y tiene la seguridad de una vida eterna con Dios.


"De cierto, de cierto os digo: El que oye mi palabra, y cree al que me envió, tiene vida eterna y no vendrá a condenación, mas ha pasado de muerte a vida" Juan 5:24.
"Estas cosas os he hablado, para que en mí que pueda tener paz. En el mundo tendréis tribulación, pero confiad: yo he vencido al mundo "- Juan 16:33.
"En el camino de la justicia es la vida, y en su camino no hay muerte" - Proverbios 12:28.
"Tú guardarás en completa paz a aquel cuyo pensamiento en ti persevera; porque en ti ha confiado" - Isaías 26:3.
"Fíate de Jehová perpetuamente, porque en Dios el Señor, tenemos refugio eterno" - Isaías 26:4

The Mind of Christ 4b

The first thing the Scripture tells us concerning the power of the Spirit and the mind is that the carnal mind is at odds with the Spirit. The second is that the spiritual mind is the natural mind of man renewed by the Spirit of God. That brings us to the third:



3. The fate of both the carnal and the spiritual minds.
a. For the carnal mind the fate is death. By this is meant spiritual death – separation from God – forever. While the carnal man lives on this earth his/her soul is dead, it is in a state of separation from God. If man has his/her focus only on the things of the flesh, on this world, after physical death will not be able to focus on God. One cannot choose the flesh today and expect to be saved after their time on this earth ends. Whatever the mind chooses, will continue on, and on, and on, forever without end. God will not violate man’s mind and force him or her to choose Him. The choice is man’s; he/she can choose flesh and death or choose Him and have eternal life. Be alive now and forever.
“The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead” – Proverbs 21:16.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our lord”- Romans 6:23
“And you were dead in your trespasses and sins”- Ephesians 2:1


b. The fate of the spiritual mind, on the other hand, is life and peace. This is the very opposite of death. The spiritual mind if full of meaning and purpose; of assurance; of joy and rejoicing; of knowing and understanding God. The spiritual mind is at peace with God because he/she knows that their sins are forgiven and they are acceptable to God. The person with a spiritual mind dwells in the the peace of God and has the peace of God experiencing day by day the guidance of God in their lives. The person with the spiritual mind knows of and has the assurance of eternal life with God.
“Truly, truly, I say to you, he who hears my words, and believes Him who sent Me, has eternal life, and does not come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life” John 5:24.
“These things I have spoken to you, that in me you might have peace. In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world”- John 16:33.
“In the way of righteousness is life; and in its pathway there is no death” – Proverbs 12:28.
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You” – Isaiah 26:3.
“Trust in the Lord forever, for in God the Lord, we have an everlasting Rock” – Isaiah 26:4.

La Mente de Cristo - 4a

Continuando con la característica Vivir, llegamos al segundo punto relativo a la fuerza del Espíritu y la mente humana.

2. Hay la mente espiritual. Es la mente natural del hombre que se ha renovado por el Espíritu de Dios. Como ya hemos visto, Romanos 12:2 nos dice que "no os conforméis a este siglo, pero ser transformados mediante la renovación de vuestro entendimiento, para que comprobéis cuál sea la buena, agradable y perfecta voluntad de Dios." Efesios 4:22-24 nos dice que debemos posponer nosotros mismos, el" hombre viejo "que está dañado con los deseos engañosos, y que debemos ser renovados en el espíritu de nuestra mente y se ponernos el hombre nuevo que se crea en justicia. Ser renovados en el espíritu de nuestra mente es la intención del Espíritu, (a pneumatos tou phrónema), lo que significa es ser poseído o controlado y dominado por el Espíritu. El Espíritu de Dios llama la mente del creyente a centrarse en las cosas espirituales. El Espíritu de Dios vive dentro del creyente y trabaja en el creyente para hacer la voluntad y el placer de Dios, Él está ahí para mantener el creyente enfocado, con la mente y el pensamiento, en las cosas espirituales.

a. El creyente mantiene la mente en desarrollando el carácter espiritual, (Gálatas 5:22-23).

b. El creyente le mantiene la mente en llevar a cabo el ministerio y la misión de Jesucristo, (Lucas 19:10; Juan 20:21, Marcos 16:15; Acts1: 8; 2 Cor. 5:20; 2 Tim. 2:2; 1 Pedro 3:15).

c. El creyente le mantiene la mente en saber, creer y entender a Dios, Isaías 43:10; Filipenses 3:10).

d. El creyente mantiene su mente en ser conformada más y más a la imagen de Jesucristo, Romanos 8:29, 2 Cor. 3:18; Col. 3:10, 1 Juan 3:2).

e. El creyente mantiene su mente en destruyendo imaginaciones y hacer cada pensamiento obediente a Cristo Jesús, 2 Cor. 10:5; Phil. 4:8

The Mind of Christ 4a

Continuing with the characteristic Alive, we come to the second point concerning the power of the Spirit and the human mind.



2. There is the spiritual mind. It is the natural mind of man that has been renewed by the Spirit of God. As we have already seen, Romans 12:2 tells us to not “be conformed to this world: but to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” Ephesians 4:22-24 tells us to put off our former selves, the “old man” that is corrupted with deceitful desires and that we should be renewed in the spirit of our mind and put on the new man that is created in righteousness. To be renewed in the spirit of our mind is to be spiritually minded, (to phronema tou pneumatos), meaning to be possessed or controlled and dominated by the Spirit. The Spirit of God draws the believer’s mind to focus upon spiritual things. The Spirit of God lives within the believer and works within the believer to both will and do God’s pleasure; He is there to keep the believer focused, with mind and thought, on spiritual things.  Let's look at the following sub-points:


a. The believer keeps his mind on developing spiritual character and fruit, (Galatians 5:22-23).


b. The believer keeps his mind on carrying out the ministry and mission of Jesus Christ, (Luke 19:10; John 20:21; Mark 16:15; Acts1:8; 2 Cor. 5:20; 2 Tim. 2:2; 1 Peter 3:15).


c. The believer keeps his mind on knowing, believing, and understanding God, Isaiah 43:10; Phil 3:10).


d. He keeps his mind on being conformed more and more to the image of Jesus Christ, Romans 8:29; 2 Cor. 3:18; Col. 3:10; 1 John 3:2).


e. He keeps his mind on casting down imaginations and making every thought obedient to Christ Jesus, 2 Cor. 10:5; Phil. 4:8).

La Mente de Cristo 4

Encontramos la palabra mente mencionados seis diferentes momentos en la Escritura del Nuevo Testamento. Podemos deducir seis adjetivos que describen el ideal de Dios para nuestra mente.



I. Vida es la primera característica. Romanos 8:5,6 dice: "Para aquellos que viven conforme al hombre carnal, solo se preocupan por lo puramente carnal, pero los que viven conforme al Espíritu, se preocupan a las cosas del Espíritu. Preocuparse a la carnal es muerte, mas la intención del Espíritu es vida y paz. "Pablo nos está diciendo que sin Jesucristo estamos muertos (Efesios 2:1). Que la mente carnal se establece en sí mismo en las cosas de este mundo, que él mismo se aleja de Jesucristo y por lo tanto muere. El Espíritu, sin embargo, jale a la mente hacia las cosas espirituales. Proverbios 23:7 nos dice que, "como un hombre piensa en su corazón, así es él." En lo que uno mantiene su mente y lo que uno piensa determinará quién es esa persona y lo que hace esa persona.


Si te concentras tus pensamientos y la mente en la cuneta, te conviertes en parte de esa suciedad en la cuneta. Una persona se convierte y hace lo que él o ella piensan. Si usted se concentra sus pensamientos en cosas religiosas, usted se convierte en religioso. Si usted se concentra sus pensamientos en Dios y la justicia, usted se convierte en santo y justo.


La Biblia señala tres cosas acerca del poder del Espíritu y de la mente humana:


1. La intención de la carne frente a la mente espiritual, la mente carnal es la mente con que nacemos, nuestra naturaleza humana, que el que heredamos de nuestros padres. La intención de la carne se centrará en tres áreas de la vida.


a. Puede centrarse en la base, los impuros, los violentos, el material y físico. Algunos se consumen con el deseo para el sexo, poder, dinero, drogas, etc.


b. Puede centrarse en la vida moral, de recto y cultural. Ellos se centran en su propia comodidad y bienestar. Ellos quieren para sí mismos y su sociedad ser lo mas refinado y educado, lo mas moral y recto posible, para que consideren enfocarse en las cosas encomiables. El problema es que una persona puede ser refinada y culta, y aún vivir en forma independiente y separada de Dios igual a la persona inmoral.


c. La intención de la carne puede centrarse en la religión: en vivir una vida religiosa de la benevolencia y buenas obras, de la ceremonia y el ritual y todavía esta persona puede vivir separado de Dios.


El punto es éste: Una mente carnal, la mente de la carne, es cualquier mente que no encuentra fundamento en Dios. La intención de la carne puede centrarse en la vida moral, cultural, en la religión y aún abandonar Dios. Es una mente que encuentra su fundamento en este mundo; en lo físico en lugar de Dios.

The Mind of Christ 4

We find the word mind mentioned six different times in the NT Scripture. We can derive six adjectives that describe God’s ideal for our mind.



I. Alive is the first characteristic. Romans 8:5,6 says: “For those who are living in the way of the flesh give their minds to the things of the flesh, but those who go in the way of the Spirit, to the things of the Spirit. For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace.” Paul is telling us that without Jesus Christ we are dead (Ephesians 2:1). The carnal mind, that is the mind of the flesh, sets itself on the things of this world, that it pulls itself away from Jesus Christ and is therefore dead. The Spirit, though, pulls the mind to spiritual things. Proverbs 23:7 tells us that, “as a man thinks in his heart, so he is.” Where one keeps his/her mind and what one thinks about will determine who that person is and what that person does.


If you focus your thoughts and mind on the gutter, you become part of that filth in the gutter. A person becomes and does what he or she thinks. If you focus your thoughts on religious things, you become religious. If you focus your thoughts on God and righteousness, you become godly and righteous.


The bible points out three things concerning the power of the Spirit and the human mind:


1. The carnal mind versus the spiritual mind; the carnal mind is the mind we are born with, our human nature, that which we inherit from our parents. The carnal mind will focus on three areas of life.


a. It may focus on the base, the immoral, the violent, the material and physical. Some will consume themselves with the desire (lust) for sex, power, money, drugs, etc.


b. It may focus on the moral, upright and cultural life. They center on their own comfort and welfare. They want for themselves and their society to be refined and educated, and as moral and upright as possible so they con focus on commendable things. The problem is that a person can be refined and educated and still live as independently and separated from God as the base and immoral person.


c. The carnal mind can focus on religion: on living a religious life of benevolence and good works, of ceremony and ritual and still this person can live separated from God.


The point is this: A carnal mind, the mind of the flesh is any mind that does not find it’s basis in God. The mind of the flesh may focus on the moral, upright cultural life, on religion and still neglect and exempt God; a mind that finds its basis in this world; in the physical instead of God.

La Mente de Cristo - The Mind of Christ: 3

Let's look a little closer to what Paul writes in Romans 12:2 on not conforming to the world. The believer is not to be conformed to this world. The word "conformed" (suschēmatizō) comes from the root word schema which means fashion, as said in part 2, the outward form, the appearance of a man. It is the appearance of a person that changes from day to day and year to year. His schema, his fashion, his outward appearance differs. The word "world" (aiōn ) in the simplest of terms means the world itself and everything in it, for it is all corruptible. The world, including the heavens and earth and all therein, is aging, deteriorating and dying; and it will pass away. The world is not perfect: not in being, order, morality, or justice.

We are not to be conform to this world. The very fashion and appearance of the world:
• seems to be lasting, permanent, and unending.  It seems to offer the very best of everything: pleasure, enjoyment, happiness, fulfillment, satisfaction, completeness.
However, the fashion and appearance of the world is a lie, a mask, a masquerade. The seed of corruption is seen in the acts of the world and its nature, in the terrible spirit of:
• selfishness, greed, anger, hatred, bitterness, ungodliness, savagery,  division, war,deceitfulness, suffering, conflict, ignorance, death, sickness, disease, cursing, pride, disorder, decay.

El creyente no es para ser conformado a este mundo.  La palabra "conformado" (suschēmatizō) donde viene de la palabra raíz esquema que significa la moda, como se ha dicho en la parte 2, la forma exterior, la apariencia de un hombre. Es la apariencia de una persona que cambia día a día y año a año. Su esquema, su moda, su aspecto exterior es diferente.
La palabra del mundo "(aión) en los términos más sencillos: el mundo mismo y todo en él, que todo es corruptible. El mundo, incluyendo los cielos y la tierra y en ella todo, está envejeciendo, está en deterioro y muriendo, y pasará. El mundo no es perfecto: no en el ser, el orden, la moral, o la justicia.
El creyente no se conforme a este mundo. La moda y la apariencia muy del mundo:
• parece ser duradero, permanente y sin fin. • parece ofrecer lo mejor de todo: placer, placer, felicidad, realización, satisfacción, plenitud.  Sin embargo, la moda y la apariencia del mundo es una mentira, una máscara, un disfraz. La semilla de la corrupción se ve en los actos del mundo y su naturaleza, en el espíritu terrible del:  • • egoísmo, avaricia, ira • • • odio, amargo, impiedad, división, guerra, engaño, los que sufren conflictos • • • la ignorancia, de muerte por enfermedad, enfermedad, maldiciendo, orgullo, trastorno, descomposición.

Name of Christ for today - El nombre de Christo para hoy

Today's name of Christ is from John 6:35: Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst."   Bread - artos - a round cake the size of a plate to be broken not cut; loaves consecrated to the Lord.

Life - zoe - every living soul, the fulness of life, real and genuine even in this world to those who put their trust in Christ Jesus, and after the resurrection a new body to last eternally. Christ is bread to the soul, nourishes and supports the spiritual life, as bread nourishes and supports the physical body, gives it life.  Our bodies could better live without food than our souls can live without Jesus Christ.

El nombre de Cristo para hoy es de Juan 6:35: Jesús les dijo: "Yo soy el pan de vida: el que viene a mí no tendrá hambre, y el que cree en mí nunca tendrá sed".

Pan - artos - un pastel redondo del tamaño de un plato que se corte quebrantada; panes consagrados al Señor.

Vida - zoe - todo ser viviente, la plenitud de la vida, real y efectivo incluso en este mundo a los que ponen su confianza en Cristo Jesús, y después de la resurrección de un nuevo cuerpo para durar eternamente.

Cristo es el pan para el alma, nutre y apoya la vida espiritual, como el pan nutre y apoya el cuerpo físico, le da vida. Nuestros cuerpos mejor podría vivir sin el alimento que el alma puede vivir sin Jesucristo.

La Mente de Cristo - The Mind of Christ: 2

We are not to conform ourselves to this world, that is to act and put on the appearance of all that is around us which is ever changing to the whims and desires of the world. All that we see is temporary, just like our clothing, we wear one thing during the day and change in the evening. But we are to transform, metmorphe, our inner being, our real being, our mind, by putting on the mind of Christ. Only God can make that transformation. Paul tells us in his letter to the Philippians that he is confident, (Philippians 1:6), that he has never had the slightest doubt in his mind that God, "who started this great work" in us would keep at it and bring it perfection on the very day Jesus Christ returns. He can and will transform our minds, our inner being with the same power He exercised, He used, in Christ when He raised Him from the dead. (Ephesians 1:19-20).

No debemos conformarnos a este mundo, que es actuar y poner en la apariencia de todo lo que está a nuestro alrededor, que siempre está cambiando a los caprichos y deseos del mundo. Todo lo que vemos es temporal, al igual que nuestra ropa, nos ponemos una cosa durante el día y otra cosa en la noche. Pero vamos a transformar, metmorphe, nuestro ser real, nuestra mente, poniendonos la mente de Cristo. Sólo Dios puede hacer esa transformación. Pablo nos dice en su carta a los filipenses que está seguro, de que él nunca ha tenido la más mínima duda en su mente, (filipenses 1:6), que Dios, "que comenzó esta gran obra" (Efesios 1:19-20), en nosotros mantendrá la obra hasta que conseguimos la perfección en el mismo día que Jesús Cristo regrese. Él puede y va a transformar nuestra mente, nuestro ser real con el mismo poder que ejerció en Cristo, resucitándole de los muertos.

The Mind of Christ

Romans 12:2 states, "Be not conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind... "

Romanos 12:2 declara, "No os conforméis a este mundo, sino sean transformados mediante la renovación de su mente ... '

God through Paul in Philippians 2:5 has commanded us to , "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." The mind of Christ!  We aren't told to have a good mind, a sharpen intelect, but the very mind of Christ Jesus.  We are to think the very thoughts of Christ Himself!  Not just to resemble Jesus.  To have the mind of the God-man, Jesus Christ.  This is not a wish of God, it is a command.

Dios por medio de Pablo en Filipenses 2:5 nos ha ordenado: "Que este espíritu en vosotros, que hubo también en Cristo Jesús." La mente de Cristo! No se nos dice tener una buena mente, un intelecto afilar, pero la mente de Cristo Jesús. Hemos de pensar los pensamientos de Cristo mismo! No sólo para parecerse a Jesús. Tener la mente del Dios-hombre, Jesucristo. Esto no es un deseo de Dios, es una orden de Dios.

Truth

Should truth be kept pliable and ambiguous, in tune with the current culture that is contra any authoritative biblical truth applied with precision as a corrective measure?

¿Debe la verdad ser flexible y ambigua, en sintonía con la cultura actual que está en contra la aplicacion autoritaria, como medida correctiva, con precision de la verdad bíblica?

God Provides for His Own - A true story from, Amazing Grace, Ascension Press

One winter morning the pastor and his family sat for breakfast, the pastor prayed, 'Lord You know we have no coal for fuel, if it please You, send us some fuel. If not, Your will be done. Lord you know we have no food only milk for Thomas. If it pleases You, send us some food. If not, Your will be done. Then some one knocked at the door and yelled that the door was frozen over. After letting the man in, he said that he had heard the pastor preach three years before and this morning he just could not get him out of his mind. He loaded the sleigh and harnessed the horses and came over. To the their surprise the man had brought a box filled with milk, eggs, pork chops, butter, and other things plus a cord of wood.

The pastor later reminded his family that "God is the Provider." - Psalm 37:25, "I have never seen the righteous forsaken and God's seed begging bread." (Dr. John Edmand Haggai- when he was six years old outside Kalamazoo MI in 1931).

 

Una mañana de invierno el pastor y su familia se sentaron para el desayuno, el pastor oró: "Señor Tú sabes que no tenemos carbón para combustible, si le complace a Usted, envíenos un poco de combustible. Si no, hágase Tu voluntad. Señor tú sabes que no tenemos comida sólo la leche  para Thomas. Si le complace a Usted, envíenos un poco de comida. Si no, hagase Su voluntad.

En ese momento un hombre toco a la puerta y gritó que la puerta estaba congelado. Después que entro el hombre, dijo que había oído predicar al pastor hace tres antes y que esta mañana  no podía sacarlo de su mente. Cargó el trineo y le enganchó los caballos y fue a verlos. La familia y el pastor quedaron sorprendidos porque el hombre había llevado una caja llena de leche, huevos, chuletas de cerdo, mantequilla y otras cosas además de madera para usar como combustible.

El pastor recordó más adelante a su familia que "Dios es el proveedor." - Salmo 37:25, "Nunca he visto al justo desamparado, y la simiente de Dios que mendigue pan." (Dr. John Edmand Haggai-cuando tenía seis años de edad en las afueras de Kalamazoo MI en 1931).

So What is Truth? - ¿Entonces Qué es la Verdad?

A simple  biblical definition, the self-expression of God. So truth flows from God, thruth then is theological. Truth  also is ontological, that is, it is the way things really are. When Jesus said of Himself, "I am the truth", which we find in John 14:6, He was making a very profound claim about His own diety.  He was saying that He is God. Remember that when Moses asked God, at the burning bush, what is His name, Moses was told, "I AM what I AM, tell them I AM sent you. " (Exodus 3:14)  What other prophet, founder of religion has and can make this claim?

Una simple definición bíblica es, la auto-expresión de Dios. Así que la verdad fluye de Dios, entonces la verdad es teológica. La verdad también es ontológica, es decir, que es la forma como  realmente son las cosas. Cuando Jesús dijo de Sí mismo: "Yo soy la verdad», que encontramos en Juan 14:6, Él estaba haciendo una afirmación muy profunda acerca de su propia deidad. Él estaba diciendo que Él es Dios. What Are You Looking For?

"... Surely you know that if a man can't be cured of churchgoing, the next best thing is to send him all over the neighbourhood looking for the church that 'suits' him until he becomes a taster or connoisseur of churches...  The reasons are obvious... the parochial organization should always be attacked, because, being a unity of place and not of likings, it brings people of different classes and psychology together in the kind of unity the Enemy desires." "Seguro que ya sabes que si un hombre no puede ser curado de asistír a la iglesia, lo mejor es enviarlo por todo el vecindario en busca de la iglesia que "le queda" él hasta que se convierte en un catador o connoisseur de iglesias ... It is interesting to note that God, the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Creator of all that is, who took upon Himself flesh, died and rose Himself from amongst the dead, still did not consider it beneath Himself to cook a little breakfast for the boys.  How many of us think it beneath us to serve others, even our spouses?

Es interesante notar que Dios, el Rey de Reyes, Señor de Señores, el Creador de todo lo que es, que tomó sobre Sí carne, murió y resucitó a Sí mismo de entre los muertos, todavía no se ha considerado a Sí mismo estar por debajo de cocinar un poco dedesayuno para los chicos. ¿Cuántos de nosotros pensamos que es debajo de nosotros  servir a los demás, incluso nuestros cónyuges?

The Factor?

It is advertised as "The Spin Stops Here".  Rightly so; still in all, credit should be given where credit is due.  On commenting from Glenn Beck's book, "The Overton Window", both, Beck and O'Reilly make it a point to inform all that a quote from the book, "a dog will return to it's own vomit", is from Rudyard Kipling.  True it is.  But didn't Kipling get it from Proverbs 26:11 and or 1 Peter 2:22?  They were both written more than a couple, plus or minus, thousand years and change before Kipling.  Look it up!

Hay tres declaraciones hechas en la promesa divina de bendición a los descendientes de Abraham, Isaac y Jacob.
La primera es que Dios bendiga a los que bendiga a los Judios. Cuando los Estados Unidos arrebató su sede en el consejo de las naciones de Inglaterra, se convirtió en la primera nación en la tierra para otorgar la ciudadanía plena a los Judios.

Conspiradores oscuro puntan  a la "influencia judía en la educación, banca, derecho, medicina, gobierno, medios y entretenimiento como evidencia de una conspiración judía para controlar el mundo. La "influencia judía" en la vida americana es parte de la bendición de Dios sobre Estados Unidos


Por último, Dios prometió que Él "los maldición que os maldicen". La precisión con la que Dios cumplió esta promesa es impresionante. Durante las Cruzadas desde 1095 hasta 1270, Judios en el sur de Europa huyó a España, Inglaterra, Escandinavia y Europa del Este como resultado de la persecución y matanzas en masa de los Judios. Inglaterra resultó ser el lugar equivocado para ir; en 1290 el rey Eduardo I expulsó a los Judios. El rey Carlos II hizo lo mismo en 1394 en Francia.  Irónicamente los Judios encontrado la paz y la seguridad en España y Portugal, mientras que los países se encontraban bajo el dominio musulmán.



En el año 1400, los moros fueron expulsados de España por las fuerzas papales de Europa. En 1492, el mismo día que Cristóbal Colón zarpó hacia el Nuevo Mundo, España expulsó a cualquier Judios no convertidos que habían sobrevivido a la Inquisición española. Esta vez, volvió a huir a Inglaterra, donde la reforma protestante ya les dio la bienvenida.


El imperio global de España duró menos de un siglo después de que expulsó a sus Judios, para ser reemplazado por el Imperio Británico amistoso a los Judios, cuyo alcance extendido a todos los rincones del globo. Los nazis se voltiaron en contra los Judios, junto con la mayoría de Europa Oriental, y luego de 12 años, la joya de la Corona de Europa era un montón de escombros en llamas.


El mundo árabe, que había sido bendecida durante la Edad de Oro, se derrumbó en su actual estado de cosas.  Los musulmanes árabes apoyaron a Hitler, opusieron a la inmigración judía, comenzaron reiteradas guerras contra Israel, niegan a Israel su territorio que le corresponde, y ahora montan una yihad global para terminar el objetivo de Hitler de exterminio total. El carácter retrógrado de la cultura moderna y la sociedad islámica son los frutos de esos esfuerzos.


Históricamente, siempre que los Judios fueron recibidos, esa nación florecio y prospero. Cuando los Judios fueron perseguidos, esas naciones terminaron con dificultad.

So God told Abraham that who blesses him (and his descendents) He wil bless:

There are three  statements made within the Divine promise of blessing given to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 
The first is that God will bless those who bless the Jews.  When the United States wrested its seat at the council of nations from England, it became the first nation on earth to grant full citizenship to Jews.
The U.S. was the first nation to allow the Jews an unrestricted vote. It was the first nation to recognize the incomparable blessing the Jewish people have been to humanity.

The second is that God promised that in the Jews "shall all families of the earth be blessed."  Without the Jews, there would be no Bible. Jesus came to earth as a Jew. Without the Jewish Jesus, there would be no Christianity. In America, the influence of American Jews is hugely disproportionate to their numbers. Conspiracists point darkly to the "Jewish influence" in education, banking, law, medicine, government, media and entertainment as evidence of a Jewish conspiracy to control the world.  The "Jewish influence" in American life is part of God's blessing on America


Finally, God promised that He would "curse them that curse you." The precision with which God kept this promise is awesome.  During the Crusades from 1095 to 1270, Jews in Southern Europe fled to Spain, England, Scandinavia and Eastern Europe as the resulting in  persecution and wholesale massacres of the Jews.  England turned out to be the wrong place to go; in 1290 King Edward I expelled the Jews. King Charles II did the same thing in 1394 in France. Interestingly, ironically Jews found peace and security in Spain and Portugal while those countries were under Muslim rule.
In the 1400s, the Moors were kicked out of Spain by the Papal forces of Europe. In 1492, on the same day Columbus set sail for the New World, Spain expelled any unconverted Jews who had survived the Spanish Inquisition. This time they fled back to England where the Protestant reformation now welcomed them.
Spain's global empire lasted less than a century after it expelled its Jews, to be replaced by the Jew-friendly British Empire whose reach extended to every corner of the globe. In 1917, the British captured Palestine from the Muslims. The British Crown offered the Jews a homeland via the Balfour Declaration, and a year later, England won the First World War.
After WWI, the British broke most of their promises to the Jews, restricted Jewish immigration to the Holy Land, and in the years since have increasingly turned their backs on the Jews that brought the British great blessings for more than 300 years.
The British Empire upon which "the sun never set" in 1900, had, by 1948, lost its last colony when Burma declared independence, and the  Empire was no more.
In 1933, Germany was among the most cultured and sophisticated nations in Europe. Old Berlin was Europe's Crown Jewel. The Nazis turned on the Jews, together with most of Eastern Europe, and 12 years later, Europe's Crown Jewel was a pile of burning rubble.
The Arab world, which had been  blessed during its Golden Age, collapsed into its present state of affairs.
The Arab Muslims supported Hitler, opposed Jewish immigration, waged repeated wars against Israel, deny Israel its rightful territory, and now mount a global jihad to finish Hitler's goal of total extermination. The backward nature of modern Islamic culture and society are the fruits of those efforts.
Historically, wherever the Jews were welcomed, that nation flourished and prospered. Where the Jews were persecuted, those nations floundered.

Interruption

God said to Abraham, those who "bless you, I will bless..."  I am going to interrupt here, listening to Megyn kelly and her guests on Fox, they are no different than the "announcers" on the other news networks.  Maybe because I'm getting older, they all seem to be acting like elementary school kids with equal mentality.  The only one with any sense would be Judge Napolitano, and Glenn Beck.  The other networks and cable, they are just foolish talk shows.

Can Principle and Pragmaticism be analogous? / ¿Puede Principio y Pragmaticismo ser análogo?

If we are in search of the truth, do we stand on principle or do we stand on pragmaticism?
If we say that we are pragmatic, then which of the three possible views is the correct?
a). ... Search for a belief, in searching for a belief is searching for the truth... truth being the consequences/result of "experiment method" (the search);
b). ... Instead of the consequences of the search, the "effects" of the belief in the private and personal life of an individual ... that is to produce "ideas" that will satify one's needs and desires;
c). ... In search of a truth, one finds that "something" is not a truth until that something is verified to actualy "be". That is, something having occurred/happened on a specific day or time is not true until it has been verified as having occurred, then it is not a truth at the time of occurrance but at the time of verification.

Can one know truth through pragmaticism, if so, then the pragmatic is either a relativist or agnostic. That being the case, can a relativist or agnostic know what truth is?

c). ... En busca de una verdad, se encuentra que "algo" no es una verdad hasta que ese algo sea verificado que realmente "es algo". Es decir, algo que ha ocurrido/sucedido en un día específico no es verdad hasta que se haya comprobado que ha ocurrido, entonces no es una verdad en el momento de incidencia, pero en el momento de la verificación.

¿Se puede conocer la verdad a través pragmaticismo, si es así, entonces lo pragmático es o bien un relativista o agnóstico. Siendo así, ¿puede un relativista o agnóstico sabe qué es la verdad?

History has had many rulers who were not concerned about right and wrong. They placed around themselves evil men as advisors - flatterers, time-servers, sycophants - They told the ruler just what he wanted to hear.

Different Year The Cosmos is Still the Same

After an appeal hearing today, and listening to the others testimonies, they have just proved tha writer of Ecclesiates correct, that "there is nothing new under the sun" O course let us not forget "who" is the actual author of the Holy Scripture.

So, Richard Dawkins says in The God Delusion that natural selection succeeds as the solution to the problem of improbability over chance and design explaining it in a parable of climbing a mountain. One side is a sheer cliff impossible to climb, while the other side has a gentle slope. At the summit is a complex device. It is an absurdity to think that the device leeped from the foot of the mountain and landed at the summit in one bound. Evolution goes around to the other side of the mountain and "creeps up the gentle slope". (The God Delusion, Houghton Mifflin, 2006 p.121,122)

While climbing the "gentle slope", how did the individual cells determine what they would evolve into? Was it a lottery? Were meetings held as to who and what type would be evolved into a liver, a heart, a tree, a monkeys toe, the large intestine of a "mono peresoso"?

A friend of mine in 5th grade when we learned that all of us really came from monkeys, asked what happened to those monkeys that didn't evolve and I wondered which monkeys we came from. Why didn't we evolve from shrimp?

Speak the Truth

The church in Loadicea was told that they were neither hot nor cold, and that it would have been better for them to be one or the other - a lukewarm drink is distasteful, repugnant - how about people that stand a middle ground? Jesus said not to "swear by your head" - Is that like, "cross my heart and hope to die" or "I swear on my mothers grave" - He went on to say, "simply say yes or no, anything beyond that comes from the evil one" that is, you are lying. (Matt. 5:37) "...do not swear, not by heaven, [I swear to God it's ...], - not by earth or anything else. Let your Yes be yes and your No be no, or you will be condemned..." (James 5:12).
What is my point?
If you don't know, then I have no need of telling you.

Todos que han vivido, vive ahora, y que vivirán, pregunta el porque de la vida. Si hay una razon porque existimos mas que vivir, morir ¿y entonces nada? Dios ha puesto el deseo de eternidad en nustro corazon. ¿Como entonces se logra este deseo dentro de nuestro ser?
